Cribs Estates Ltd also offers the best rates for guaranteed rent schemes or room 2 room renting. Landlords are no longer worried about their void periods and general maintenance of the property. We take the property on the guaranteed rent, and the landlord has peace of mind by having the money in their account and having no issues with the maintenance and rent arrears etc.
The guaranteed rent differentiates according to the property market condition, the country's economic condition, and other factors we analyse before taking a property on guaranteed rent. Still, we generally offer the best rents compared to the market rates.
